Online Donations Refund Policy

Such Donations are available for refunds (to the original payment method) for upto 3 days. After a period of 3 days, refund requests made will be handled on a case-to-case basis. Fraudulent transactions are refunded if brought to the notice of the foundation through legal/banking channels.

REFUND & CANCELLATION

Refund for Charge Back Transaction In the event there is any claim for/ of the chargeback by the User for any reason whatsoever, such User shall immediately approach csrhat.com a division of DCSRHAT Pvt. Ltd., with his/ her claim details and claim a refund from Csrhat.com a division of DCSRHAT Pvt. Ltd., alone. Such refund (if any) shall be affected only by csrhat.com a division of DCSRHAT Pvt. Ltd., via payment gateway or by means of a demand draft or such other means as Csrhat.com a division of DCSRHAT Pvt. Ltd., deems appropriate. No claims for refund/ chargeback shall be made by any User to the Payment Service Provider(s) and in the event, such claim is made it shall not be entertained.

In these Terms and Conditions, the term “Charge Back” shall mean, approved and settled credit card or net banking purchase transaction(s) which are at any time refused, debited or charged back to merchant account (and shall also include similar debits to Payment Service Provider‟s accounts, if any) by the acquiring bank or credit card company for any reason whatsoever, together with the bank fees, penalties and other charges if any incidental thereto.

Refund for fraudulent/duplicate transaction(s): The User shall directly contact csrhat.com a division of DCSRHAT Pvt. Ltd., for any fraudulent transaction(s) on account of misuse of Card/ Bank details by a fraudulent individual/party and such issues shall be suitably addressed by Csrhat.com a division of DCSRHAT Pvt. Ltd., & Bank in line with their policies and rules.

Server Slow Down/Session Timeout: In case the Website or Payment Service Provider‟s webpage, that is linked to the Website, is experiencing any server related issues like „slow down‟ or „failure‟ or „session timeout‟, the User shall, before initiating the second payment,, check whether his/her Bank Account has been debited or not and accordingly resorts to one of the following options:

In case the Bank Account appears to be debited, ensure that he/ she does not make the payment twice and immediately thereafter contact Csrhat.com a division of DCSRHAT Pvt. Ltd., via e-mail or any other mode of contact as provided by csrhat.com a division of DCSRHAT Pvt. Ltd., to confirm payment.

In case the Bank Account is not debited, the User may initiate a fresh transaction to make payment.

However, the User agrees that under no circumstances the Payment Gateway Service Provider shall be held responsible for such fraudulent/duplicate transactions and hence no claims should be raised to Payment Gateway Service Provider No communication received by the Payment Service Provider(s) in this regard shall be entertained by the Payment Service Provider(s).

I. SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY

    8. Users making payments in one form, then requesting refunds in other forms (for example, making payments by credit card, but requesting refunds in cash or by wire transfers);
    9. Users making contributions, followed by immediate requests to wire out or transfer the funds to a third party or firm, without connected purposes;
    10. Users requesting for donations to be paid in cash or wired to a third party or firm, without connected purposes;
    11. On-boarding of users by csrhat.com a division of DCSRHAT Pvt. Ltd. employees based on incomplete information or in contravention of csrhat.com a division of DCSRHAT Pvt. Ltd. policies;
    12. Acceptance of incentives by a csrhat.com a division of DCSRHAT Pvt. Ltd. Employee for breaching csrhat.com a division of DCSRHAT Pvt. Ltd. policies;

III. STEPS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE

  1. Compliance with Applicable Law: Users must, at all times, ensure that they access and/ or utilize csrhat.com a division of DCSRHAT Pvt. Ltd. platform in compliance will all applicable law. Users contributing or donating to campaigns should also ensure that no funds used to contribute or donate to a campaign originate from any unlawful activity. Similarly, users collecting funds for a campaign must ensure that they are not used for any illegal purpose.
  2. Reporting Suspicious Activity: Users must, and without delay, report to relevant government authorities any suspicious activity or any form that they might come across while accessing or using csrhat.com a division of DCSRHAT Pvt. Ltd. platform.

IV. ACTION BY CSRHAT.COM A DIVISION OF DCSRHAT PVT. LTD.

Upon receiving knowledge of suspicious transactions or any breach of applicable law or this policy, csrhat.com a division of DCSRHAT Pvt. Ltd. may take one or more of the following steps:

  1. Probe into the incident;
  2. Report the incident directly to the appropriate government authority;
  3. Suspend or delete a campaign;
  4. Suspend or delete the user account(s);

V. CONSEQUENCES OF AML POLICY VIOLATIONS

Users agree that irreparable damage would occur to csrhat.com a division of DCSRHAT Pvt. Ltd. if any of the provisions of this AML Policy are not complied with. Accordingly, users agree that csrhat.com a division of DCSRHAT Pvt. Ltd. is entitled to claim damages from users for violating this AML Policy in addition to any other remedy to which they are entitled at law or in equity.

VI. NO LIABILITY

Ltd. or its legal counsel or any government authorities they shall fully cooperate with them in any formal or informal inquiry, investigation or other proceedings.
